oh my ticker! [17 Jun 2008|11:24pm] so here i go. vietnam. 3 weeks. starting tomorrow at 6am. and not ending until july 8th. i dont want to be away for so long. vacation is great, but three weeks? thats just crazy. thats almost a month. and ive never flown over an ocean before, so that is gunna be great. and boring. and im gunna miss chris. i havent slept without him in months. my roommates kinda make fun of me and say i just use the apt as storage. and im gunna miss chuck and jynxie. this is so weird. im really nervous. vietnam isnt anything like the normal country you would visit is like. its communist and a major drug and human traficing country and you bribe policeman and could get harassed by prostitutes and get some crazy jungle disease or maybe set off some land mines. regardless im gunna have fun. so news in dc, my old job at the dog daycare has an opening for a manager position. my boss said he would give me the job and its salaried with benefits. i almost wish i could drop my life and just move back to dc. ugh. i just know when and if i do move back to dc its going to be as an adult and to live life. how strange. do you have any hope?
